The booking request will be immediately taken into consideration and, in case of availability for the requested period, we will send a booking confirmation email, with the booking references, to be shown upon arrival at the facility.

At the time of booking, full payment of the relevant amount is required, to be paid by bank transfer to the bank details that will be indicated by email and/or by written communication via mobile phone.

Cancellation is free of charge within 7 days of check-in. After this period, the property will retain eighty percent (80%) of the amount paid at the time of booking.
